  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce Adjust according to taste.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For cooking the chicken.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Season to preference.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sautéing for another minute.
  4. Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook until they are tender, about 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cook for another 2 minutes, then serve over rice or noodles.
Serving Suggestions
  1. Place a generous portion of cooked rice or noodles on each plate.
  2. Top with the stir fry mixture and garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in a pan over low heat, adding a splash of water or soy sauce to prevent drying.
