Preparation
- Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies and layer them in the bottom of a dessert dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crushed cookie layer.
- Prepare the chocolate pudding by whisking it with the milk until thick. Spread the pudding over the cream cheese layer.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Optional: Garnish with additional crushed cookies.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Cover the dish with plastic wrap or a lid and keep it in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Do not freeze, as the texture will change. For serving, cut into squares or scoop into bowls and serve cold with additional whipped topping or cookie crumbs if desired.
