Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in the mushrooms and cook until they're soft.
- Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
Combining & Baking
- In a baking dish, combine the chicken mixture with cream or cream cheese, and mix well.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
Notes
Serve with a side of fresh salad or roasted vegetables. Store in airtight container in refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in microwave or oven before serving.
