  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped Chopped spinach adds nutrition and flavor.
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced Savory mushrooms for a rich taste.
  • 1 cup cream or cream cheese Use cream for richness or cream cheese for a thicker texture.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) Cheese adds creaminess and flavor.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Garlic enhances flavor.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Season according to your taste.
  • as needed Olive oil for cooking Use for sautéing ingredients.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Stir in the mushrooms and cook until they're soft.
  5. Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
Combining & Baking
  1. In a baking dish, combine the chicken mixture with cream or cream cheese, and mix well.
  2. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  3. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.

Notes

Serve with a side of fresh salad or roasted vegetables. Store in airtight container in refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in microwave or oven before serving.
