Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
Topping
- If using biscuit dough, tear off pieces and place over the chicken mixture. If using cornbread mix, pour it over the top.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and cooked through.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with a green salad or steamed vegetables for a complete meal. For storage, cool to room temperature, cover, and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
