Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and place it on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the Alfredo sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the chicken Alfredo mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Brush the crust sides of the bread with garlic butter.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and slice to serve.
Notes
Serve hot right after you bake it. It goes well with a green salad or steamed vegetables. Wrap any leftovers tight in foil or place in an airtight container, and keep in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven.
