  • 1 cup lump crab meat (drained) Ensure crab meat is drained well to avoid excess moisture.
Cheese Ingredients
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Use room temperature for smoother mixing.
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  3. Fold in the chopped shrimp and crab meat.
Baking
  1. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden.
Serving
  1. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced vegetables.

Notes

Cool the dip to room temperature before storing. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. To reheat, warm in the oven at 325°F (160°C) until hot or microwave in short bursts.
