Cooking the Chicken and Vegetables
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, and cook until no longer pink. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add broccoli and chicken broth; bring to a simmer.
- Add rotini pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente.
Combining Ingredients
- Return the chicken to the skillet, add ranch seasoning mix, heavy cream, and cheddar cheese.
- Stir until cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
Serving
- Serve warm and enjoy! Add extra cheese on top if desired.
Notes
Let the dish cool to room temperature. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a pan or microwave, adding a splash of milk or cream to keep it creamy.
