Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with garlic powder and chopped onion until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs, Worcestershire sauce, flour, black pepper, salt, and milk until smooth.
- Stir in the cooked beef mixture and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
Cooking
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Cool the pie to room temperature before storing. Cover and keep in the fridge for up to 3 days. To freeze, wrap tightly and freeze up to 2 months. Thaw in the fridge before reheating.
