Ingredients
  

Chicken Mixture
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce Warm slightly for easier mixing.
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing Substitute with blue cheese for a different flavor.
Assembly
  • 8 pieces slider buns Can use Hawaiian rolls or small rolls.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or mozzarella works well.
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped For garnish.
  • 2 tablespoons butter Melted, for brushing on buns.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing until well combined.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  4. Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture onto each bun.
  5. Top with shredded cheese and sprinkle with green onions.
  6. Place the top halves of the buns over the filling.
  7. Brush the outside of the buns with melted butter.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and buns are golden.

Notes

Serve the sliders warm on a platter with extra ranch or blue cheese for dipping, and include celery or carrot sticks on the side. For storage, cool sliders, wrap, and refrigerate for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 1 month before baking.
