Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing until well combined.
- Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
- Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture onto each bun.
- Top with shredded cheese and sprinkle with green onions.
- Place the top halves of the buns over the filling.
- Brush the outside of the buns with melted butter.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and buns are golden.
Notes
Serve the sliders warm on a platter with extra ranch or blue cheese for dipping, and include celery or carrot sticks on the side. For storage, cool sliders, wrap, and refrigerate for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 1 month before baking.
