  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken rotisserie chicken works great
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce your favorite brand
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled bacon optional
  • as needed tortilla chips, celery sticks, or other dippers for serving

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium-sized oven-safe baking dish, combine the cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  3. Stir in the buffalo wing sauce and ranch dressing until everything is smooth and well incorporated.
  4. Fold in the shredded chicken gently until fully coated.
  5. Top with chopped green onions and crumbled bacon.
  6. Transfer the dish to the preheated oven and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden around the edges.
Serving
  1. Let the dip cool slightly before serving warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, carrot sticks, or crackers.

Notes

You can make this dip ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator. Just add an extra 5-10 minutes to the baking time. This dip freezes well, too, and can be reheated easily.
