  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices Use pre-sliced to save prep time
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  3. Cut each biscuit into quarters and place them in the baking dish in a single layer.
  4. Pour the pizza sauce evenly over the biscuit pieces.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
  6. Add the pepperoni, bell peppers, and mushrooms.
  7. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the biscuits are fully cooked and golden brown.
  2. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Let it rest a few minutes before cutting to keep the pieces neat. Use cooked sausage or chicken instead of pepperoni for variations.
