  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or your choice)
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  4. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and cook until tender, about 4-5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, mixing until the sauce is creamy.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine in the sauce.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.

Notes

This pasta dish is also great for meal prepping. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3-4 days. To reheat, warm it up in a skillet over low heat with a splash of milk if needed.
