- Heat a large pot on medium heat.
- Brown the ground beef in the pot and drain fat if needed.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic; cook until onion is soft.
- Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, soy sauce, and paprika.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then lower the heat and let it simmer.
- Cover and let simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Taste and add salt or pepper if needed.
Notes
Serve hot with bread or pasta. For storage, cool and store in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge or freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge and reheat when serving.
