  • 2 cups snow peas
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
  • Salt and pepper to taste Season according to preference.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until browned.
  3. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds.
  4. Add the snow peas and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing well to coat the beef and snow peas.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot over cooked rice.

Notes

Pair with white rice or fried rice. For a hearty meal, consider adding miso soup or spring rolls. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in a skillet to avoid overcooking the snow peas.
