  • 4 fillets salmon fillets Choose fresh wild-caught salmon if possible.
  • 2 ripe avocados, diced Ensure they are ripe for the best texture.
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 unit lemon, juiced
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Fresh parsley

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
  2. In a bowl, combine diced avocados and crumbled feta.
  3. Once salmon is cooked, remove from the oven and top with the avocado and feta mixture.
Serving
  1. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy your healthy meal!

Notes

If you have leftovers, store the salmon in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Add avocado and feta mixture just before serving to prevent browning. For variation, try adding chili flakes or lemon zest.
