Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Pat your salmon fillets dry with paper towels to help the seasoning stick.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, dill, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture evenly over the salmon fillets, gently rubbing it into their sides.
Cooking
- Place the seasoned salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- For a creamy twist, drizzle heavy cream or coconut milk over the salmon during the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Let the salmon rest for 2–3 minutes before serving.
