  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust according to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper Freshly ground is best.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Herbs (rosemary, thyme, or your favorite) Fresh or dried.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken legs with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and herbs until well coated.
  3. Place the chicken legs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a lightly greased baking dish.
Cooking
  1. Roast in the preheated oven for about 35-45 minutes or until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  2. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra crispy skin, broil the chicken legs for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking. Try changing the seasonings and herbs to find your favorite combination.
