  • 4 pieces Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Adjust to taste
Seasonings
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme Or 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary Or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in a mix of olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, and lemon juice for at least 15 minutes or up to overnight.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Arrange marinated chicken breasts on a parchment-lined roasting pan.
Cooking
  1. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  2. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
