Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs You can swap panko for crushed crackers or cornflakes for a different crunch.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Pat the chicken dry before seasoning.
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in a baking dish.
  3. Pour Caesar dressing over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated.
  4. In a bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese, then sprinkle this mixture evenly over the chicken.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

Serve warm with a side salad, steamed vegetables, or rice. Cool the chicken to room temperature and store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10–15 minutes to keep the topping crisp.
