Ingredients

Main ingredients
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Use fresh grated for better flavor.
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Swap for panko for extra crunch.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix the Caesar dressing with olive oil until well combined.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the Caesar dressing mixture, then coat in the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Place the coated chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden on top.
  2. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot.

Notes

Pound the chicken breasts to even thickness for even cooking. Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the chicken so it sticks well. Do not overcrowd the baking dish for optimal browning. For extra crisp, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end while watching closely.
