Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, Italian herbs, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form into patties.
- In a skillet, brown the patties on both sides over medium heat.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, milk, and cayenne pepper.
- In a baking dish, layer the cooked patties, crushed saltine crackers, and soup mixture.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the dish is bubbly and the meat is cooked through.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Let the bake cool before storing. Keep in the fridge up to 3 days or freeze portions for up to 2 months.
