Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the portobello mushrooms and remove the stems.
Cooking
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, season the mushrooms with salt and pepper, and sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  2. In a baking dish, layer the sautéed mushrooms, marinara sauce, and then sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
