- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.

- In a separate bowl, mix sesame oil and soy sauce.
- Toss the fried cauliflower wings in the sauce before serving.

Notes
Serve them hot for the best crunch. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes to restore crispness.
