For the Marinade
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the marinated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  3. Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  4. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For more flavor, consider marinating the chicken overnight. Flip halfway through cooking for even results. Check for doneness with a meat thermometer. Add chili flakes for heat. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to four days.
