Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound chicken tenderloins
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dipping sauce of your choice Suggestions include ranch, barbecue or honey mustard.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken tenderloins and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Place the tenderloins in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  2. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and crispy.
  3. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate for longer, even overnight if possible. Experiment with different spices according to your preference, such as chili powder or Italian seasoning. Ensure that the tenderloins are in a single layer in the air fryer to allow for even cooking. Use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature of the chicken has reached 165°F (75°C).
