Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, coat the chicken breasts with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper over the chicken and rub it in to ensure even seasoning.
Cooking
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  3. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes

For storage, keep leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the air fryer or microwave. Marinating the chicken beforehand can enhance flavor.
