Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, coat the chicken breasts with olive oil.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper over the chicken and rub it in to ensure even seasoning.
Cooking
- Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
For storage, keep leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the air fryer or microwave. Marinating the chicken beforehand can enhance flavor.
