Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour and sour cream until a dough forms.
- Gently fold in the 7-Up soda.
- Melt the butter and mix half into the dough.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.
- Roll out and cut into biscuits.
- Place the biscuits on a baking sheet and brush the tops with the remaining melted butter.
Baking
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
