  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp red chili powder Adjust for spice level.
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Oil for frying or grilling

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix garlic paste, ginger paste, lemon juice, soy sauce, black pepper, red chili powder, and salt together.
  2. Marinate the chicken wings in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Heat oil in a frying pan or grill over medium heat.
  2. Fry the chicken lollipops until golden brown and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.

Notes
