  • 2 cups broccoli florets Fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded Rotisserie chicken works great
  • 1 cup rice Uncooked
  • 2 cups chicken broth Low-sodium preferred
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Add more for extra cheesiness
Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In the crockpot, add the broccoli, cooked chicken, and rice.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth and stir well.
  3. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the top.
  4. Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours.
  5. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese just before serving and let it melt.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy your cheesy comfort dish!

Notes

Store cooled dish in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for 2 months. Reheat before serving.
