  • Use boneless thigh pieces for juicier results.

FAQs

Q: Is Dragon Chicken very spicy?
A: It can be. Schezwan sauce and dried chillies add heat. Reduce schezwan sauce or chillies to make it milder.

Q: Can I use chicken thighs instead of breast?
A: Yes. Thighs give more juiciness. Cut into similar sized strips for even cooking.

Q: How long should I marinate the chicken?
A: 30 minutes is enough. You can marinate up to a few hours in the fridge for more flavor.

Q: Can I bake instead of deep fry?
A: Yes. Coat and bake at 200°C (400°F) until cooked and golden. You will lose some crispness but it will be healthier.
